A beautiful way to soften a ceiling and add some bling to the

room.  Soft sheer drapery layered with small café bulbs and

centering with a crystal chandelier.  Completing the look with

some soft colored up lighting.  The curtains done around the room

brought the whole décor package up to fabulous!
