This Room at the Ritz Carlton Sarasota was dressed
in beautiful ivory curtains, with billows and swags to
cover every inch of the room, up lighting
done in a soft blush to create a beautiful ambiance,
all created and executed by Affairs in the Air, Inc.
Great Coordination from Maria Brady of Choreographed Events,
beautiful floral done by Tiger Lilly Florist and exquisite
photos done by Barbara Banks.  This destination wedding
was all that our bride dreamed about and all involved
created the soft and flowing image she had for her
special day.  Congratulations to all for such a fabulous outcome.

Softening the chandeliers that exist in the room was
one of the challenges that Affairs in the Air, Inc. was
presented with.  This soft pleated sheer ivory fabric
done to consume the more rugged chandeliers, created
the exact look needed for this room done with such a regal
look.  Not the first design created to work in this room, but
sometimes the 2nd plan comes together with great minds
behind it.  Thanks to Phil & Carolyn from Affairs in the Air and
Maria Brady from Choreographed Events, this design
came to life and made the whole look come together.

The backdrop for the head table brought in that center
of attention the bride wanted for her and her handsome
groom.  These ivory billows up lit and accented with
some beautifully framed mirrors created the perfect look.

The Ceremony area, done in the lobby of the Ritz Carlton
on the fabulous marble floor, softened with a sheer background
done by Affairs in the Air created the perfect area for the night
to begin.  The floral designs and mirrored pedestals added
that regal look to complete the setting.  Great Idea Maria,
rain plans sometimes turn out to be the better option.
Thank you again to Barbara Banks for this lovely photos.
